Excellent
Mr. Han, the owner of this resort, is very kind and always have careful concern. Pool is wonderful as well. Room condition is also great. Surrounding landscape is very calm and I felt cozy during my trip. I would like to visit again this resort.
주인이 인수를 한지 두 달 되었다고 들었는데 굉장히 친절하고 세심합니다. 수영장도 생각보다 길고 소독약 냄새가 나지 않아 좋았습니다. 주변이 굉장히 한적한 분위기라 휴식을 취하기는 안성 맞춤입니다. 마사지도 이용하였는데, 주변 허름한 곳보다 몇배는 비싸기는 하지만 그 값어치를 하는 곳이었습니다. 기회가 되면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

Excellent service and attention to detail
The moment you step through the door you feel a sense of calm. The restaurant at the front has a delightful old world colonial charm.
You just want to sit amongst the antiques under the slowly revolving fans sipping gin and tonics. Or even better try the house blend coffee that is roasted locally. It is incredibly smooth. I like a double shot in my latte.
The sense of balance continues as you head up into the boutique hotel. It is Chinese inspired and is designed to balance all the elements. Make sure you go barefoot to truly enjoy the smoothness of the timber, stone and earth walk.
There are about 9 villa style rooms leading onto the black tiled salt pool. The accommodation has all the modern conveniences while being charmingly decorated with Chinese antiques and claw foot bath.
The pool is very calming. It is a perfect place for a honeymoon or romantic retreat. We felt lucky to be able to stay as a family. The place was very calming for the children.
The hosts and staff were very helpful and hospitable.

Heavenly
This place is almost too good to share. Stunning surroundings, beautiful dark salt pool, amazing attention to detail. The staff are the nicest people we have met. An oasis. A short walk from the nicest beach in Rawai.

Skjult perle
Litt problemer med noen småting på rommet når vi ankom, men siden vi kom veldig sent, gjorde vi ikke noe med det. Neste dag oppgraderte de til den beste suiten de hadde, og den var helt fantastisk, og vi fikk i tillegg veldig sen utsjekk kostnadsfri. Veldig servicevenlig personale, som gjorde alt for at vårt opphold skulle bli perfekt. De hadde ingen middagsmeny, men kunne lage det vi hadde lyst på, og vi fikk en fantastisk sjømatkveld, med bobler og chablis. Hotellet ligger en kort gåtur fra stranden, og har i tillegg ett flott basseng. Vi bestilte også massasje, og den var av de bedre jeg har hatt i Thailand. Anbefales ett besøk på det sterkeste.

Very beautiful hotel in a great location close to Nai Harn beach. Staff was great and helpful with everything we needed. Spa was amazing with a lot of unexpected extras. Therapist on site was very knowledgable and insightful. I learnt a lot just spending time with her. Looking forward to going back.

Nai Harn Beach Stay
We had a great experience at the Chino. It is a beautiful hotel with very rare antiques built into the architecture and furnishings. The pastries in the restaurant are excellent and the owners take great care of their guests. They also offer very unique wellness treatments unlike anything we have experienced before.

Le top de l’hôtellerie. Idyllique
L ‘intimité du lieu, le raffinement des équipements, la gentillesse du personnel.

奈涵湖边的小资旅舍
一间很精致的旅舍，不亚于5星标准。主人新加坡人，舍所带有中式的风格又偏一点异域情调，相当小资。我带着公婆不便，主人还特意加了床，free哟。适合三口之家，讲究品味的人。地理位置相当不错，在奈涵湖旁，沿着湖边小路走竟可以走到海边。而且离美丽的神仙半岛也很近，还提供餐饮加工服务，可以去买点想吃的海鲜让主家煮了送到房间来，住上半个月都不会觉得枯燥，我在这里刚好经历了雨景，坐在长椅上看雨，让人想起了江南，总之，很格调哟！

In support of management and Frette bed sheets
I stayed at this resort as it was undergoing management change. The new owners used to work at the Ritz Carlton and are planning to bring some of that high quality service to the resort. I am writing this review in support of them, as I was very impressed with their vision for the resort and their attentive service during my stay. I wish them all the best. Rooms are gorgeous. They only have 8 suites, and I have been told that they are all unique. Each suite has tasteful Chinese antique decor with modern amenities like an outdoor bath tub. Netflix is available. I had a private patio which is nice. What impressed me the most were the Frette bed sheets being used. These are some crazy high-end Italian bed sheets, and sleeping on them are already worth the price of admission. I was there when they are prepping the place for a full opening in July, so the staff was on the move 24/7. Yet, they had time to address my needs, and for the owners to spend time with me. I took some marks off for condition, as I could see that there were areas which they are in the process of refurbishing. My sense is that the new owners are trying to be different from the big box chain hotels, with a charming and luxurious boutique using high-end amenities + great personalized service. Its eas(ier) to do when you only have 8 rooms. PS: try their gourmet coffee

The hotel was a great place to unwind. Although the hotel was full whilst we were there our stay was very peaceful. The rooms are very large, clean and beautiful styled. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful: booking taxi’s, organising laundry, etc. The hotel has a great location, very tranquil but only 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants etc.
The following day we were greeted by professional staff who took are information and gave us a refreshing ice water drink and showed us to our room which had a bath overlooking the lake. My therapist worked on all my aches and pains after a long plane journey from the UK and Wow she was good as she enquired if she was applying the right pressure. Mydaughter also felt good and relaxed. Afterwards we received a ginger tea and plenty of water.
