The guest acknowledges that he / she is personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred during their stay at the Resort. The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of all bills has been made. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Resort property, whether such loss or damage is caused by the guests themselves, or by any person for whom they are responsible. The replacement and / or repair of any lost or damaged Resort property will be charged to the guests responsible for such loss / damage, including an administration fee of 20% of the value of the replacement or repair. The Resort reminds guests to use the safe deposit boxes in-suite. The Resort and its management are not responsible for guests’ personal belongings and valuables. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. All guests entering the property must be registered. Any guests who wishes to remain overnight will be charged at THB3,000 per night.

Cancellation Policy
- Unless booking under a non-refundable rate, or during extremely peak season, guests can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
- Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within the 7 days window before arrival.
- No shows will be charged the full room rate.
Additional House Rule:
1. Check-in time is 15:00 hours. Check-out time is 12:00 hours.
2. A security deposit of THB50,000 made through a credit card charge or cash deposit (in THB or equivalent in other major currencies) is required upon check-in. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 45 days of departure provided there is no damage, missing items, abnormal cleaning, or other special circumstances. Guests upon check-in agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that everyone within the guest group adheres to the rules and regulations of the villa. The villa is fully furnished, including a plentiful supply of bed linens and towels for guests’ use. Rearranging the furniture or removing items from the villa is strictly prohibited.
3. ChinoCollection and its Management are not responsible for guest’s personal belongings and valuables like money or jewelry.
4. Complimentary safe deposit boxes, subject to the terms and conditions for use, are available in the villa.
5. The guest acknowledges that he/she is personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred during their stay at ChinoCollection.
6. Dogs under 7kg are allowed in the villa but not more than two dogs. Charges apply for dogs staying in the villa.
7. Smoking, vaping and electronic cigarettes are not permitted inside the villa rooms, guests will be able to smoke by the outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of THB3,500 per room will be charged for any smoking within the villa rooms.
8. All drugs are prohibited.
9. For bookings longer than 7 days, guests will need to pay for electricity separately. Internet & water supply are complimentary
10. We request guests to voice down at 10:30pm, except during local festivals such as SongKran Water Festival, which is allowed until 2am. Additional light and sound system installation done by guest will be charged up to THB 7,000.- for event and electricity fees per event. The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of all bills has been made.
11. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. All guests entering the property must be registered. Any guest who wishes to remain overnight will be charged at our regular daily rate.
12. Please note that consumption and storing of durian are not allowed in the property. A cleaning fee of THB3,500 per room will be charged for any durian consumed or stored in the villa.
